Trekking in Tanzania

Kilimanjaro’s 5,895m provides beautiful surroundings for Tanzania. The summit of Kilimanjaro, Uhuru Peak, is one of the three volcanic peaks that have never really been active, but which form the framework for beautiful surroundings. Kilimanjaro’s landscape offers good opportunities for trekking and the mountain National Park contains beautiful natural scenarios and wildlife. As Kilimanjaro is close to the Serengeti Plain, wildlife such as elephants, leopards and buffaloes live wild in the area. Tanzania’s second highest mountain, Mount Meru at 4,506m, also offers good opportunities for exciting and challenging trekking.
Trekking in Kenya
As a country located in East Africa defined by countryaah, Kenya is a country for Africa’s second highest mountain, Mount Kenya, with its stunning 4,895 meters. Despite the fact that the famous Kilimanjaro often overshadows all other mountain scenery in Africa, Mount Kenya has one of the world’s most beautiful mountain sides, which contains unique nature and beautiful surroundings. The trek at Mount Kenya is a lot easier, and it therefore often appeals to beginners or people who do not want the completely challenging trekking journey. On the way to the top, several landscape zones are passed, and in the area live lions, elephants, buffaloes and other wild animals that live in among unique bird life. The trek to Mount Kenya can also be used as a warm-up for the wild trek that Tanzania offers with the huge Kilimanjaro.
Other routes in Africa
Africa offers beautiful surroundings and good trekking routes. With its many countries with wildlife, plains and highlands, Africa has several obvious trekking routes. Africa is a continent we cannot stay away from, and Tanzania in particular has become an incorporated part of Tourist’s sna. Although Toubkal is North Africa’s highest mountain, it is also one of the mountains in the world that is best suited for beginners. If you have never climbed a mountain before, Toubkal is the security you need. Make no mistake though – there is still a long way to go. However, we have an excellent success rate on this beautiful mountain. Toubkal is part of the Atlas Mountains – the naturally formed border between the Atlantic Ocean and the arid desert of Morocco.
